D’Scents was established in 2019 after a love of creating, and providing luxurious, on trend candles to its customers with amazing scent throws.
We also wanted to be able to provide our customers with the ability to create their own luxurious home décor piece. At D’scents we have made it our mission to help you create that special luxe, on trend piece, by being able to select your own special vessel and combining it with your choice of fragrance.
We allow for every home stylist to pick and choose their colour scheme, texture of vessel and scent to create the perfect home statement piece or that very personal gift for that someone special. At D’scents your vision and sensory experience is achievable and encouraged. We only use vessels that are stylish, luxe, and on trend, making us one of the most flexible, accommodating, and luxurious online candle store. Not to mention the superior scent throw you will love and enjoy.
We are continuously on the lookout for latest trends and fragrances to make your candle décor piece on point with beautiful scents. We are continually sourcing new luxury glass ranges and styles, as the latest trends from around the world are launched. We are for ever on the lookout for your next luxurious home décor piece.
All our candles are produced, and hand poured with love in Melbourne. Our all natural soy wax is chemical free providing a clean safe burn every time. It is also vegan friendly and has never been tested on animals. Please refer to our candle care tab for maximum and safe candle performance.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:
At D’scents we take pride in creating, producing, and shipping your order.
Each candle is made, and hand poured as soon as we receive your confirmed purchase, please allow between 5-7 working days for this process to take place. Although we endeavour to fulfill your order asap, please note, that the time in creating your special piece may differ.
When you place your order online, you will receive an automated email with your order status. Please check your junk or spam mail folders for these emails, or you may track your order status through our online platform, in addition you may reach out to us via email at info@dscents.com.au or by calling us on 0400823569.
SHIPPING PROCESS:
D’scents have partnered with several courier companies to ensure your purchase is delivered safely and in a timely manner. Please note that all delivery times are an estimate only. D’scents will not be liable for any losses suffered or incurred due to delivery delays.
Currently, we are offering a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95 to most destinations within Australia. Express shipping is available at an additional charge, please contact us to calculate your express shipping charge.
With most Australian destinations serviced within two to five working days, some Australian regions may take up to 10 days for delivery due to their remoteness.

PRODUCT CLAIMS AND RETURNS POLICY:
At D’scents, our dedicated team provides you the customer, the best service and experience possible. However, despite our amazing service and care, things can still go wrong. So, in the unlikely event they do, our team is here to help in fixing the problem as soon as possible.
If your purchase of our product does not conform to our specifications, is defective, or damaged when received, please contact our friendly team.
All claims relating to damage in transit items must be lodged within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
All claims relating to product faults must be lodged within 72 hours of receipt of goods.
All claims relating to missing items must be lodged within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
We accept returns for exchange within 30 days of despatch, providing all products are not damaged, unused, and are in a resalable condition. For those of you wishing to return/exchange please note all shipping costs are the customer’s own expense. We recommend using a registered service for returns to avoid any issues.

Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law-
You are entitled to a replacement, credit, or refund for a major flaw. D’Scents is entitled to choose between providing you with a credit, replacement, or refund of the product value only.
Cancelled orders:
If you wish to cancel a paid order, this may only occur if your purchase is still in the processing stage. Once it has been completed and dispatched, it is no longer possible to cancel your order and or get a refund.
