All products sold by D’Scents are handmade and designed with care. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Product Variations

Please note that:

  • Product photos may differ slightly from the actual item due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of our candles.

  • As each vessel is individually crafted, slight variations in colour, pattern, texture, or glass shape may occur.

  • Minor blemishes or marks are natural characteristics of the handmade process.

D’Scents does not provide refunds or exchanges for products that differ slightly from website photos or display items.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated timeframes listed on our website.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Once an item is shipped, ownership and risk transfer to the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or minor variations in handmade items.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dscents.com.au with photos and your order number.
We will review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

6. Privacy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout or account registration is used only to process your order and improve customer experience.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

D’Scents is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of our products.
Always follow product safety instructions provided on packaging and our website.

Allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container to prevent "tunnelling"

Trim the wick to 5mm tall before relighting the candle to keep the wax clean and to burn nicely

Avoid burning your candle for more than 3–4 hours at a time.

Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Be sure to extinguish the candle before leaving the room.

Keep candles out of reach of children and pets

Place candle on a stable, heat resistant surface away from flammable objects before lighting
